Shipping charges:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders above 80 EUR (or the same amount in the respective national currency) for EU, Switzerland & UK.
Time of delivery:
Yoga Journaling strives to process orders within 2 business days from the day that the order was placed. In addition, there is the effective shipping time and possibly additional time at customs.
Shipping to Germany:
As Yoga Journaling ships from Germany, shipping takes 1 to 2 business days after processing the order.

EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.
Shipping takes between 2 and 5 business days after processing the order. Yoga Journaling is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to shipping partners and/or customs authorities.

Import fees or taxes may apply upon arrival.
If you provide a wrongful address or an address that is considered insufficient by the logistics provider/carrier chosen by Yoga Journaling or if the provided address does not match the name on your mailbox, the shipment may not be delivered or be lost. It is your sole responsibility to provide a correct address.
Shipments that go unclaimed may be lost. It is your sole responsibility to claim your shipment in time.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If your parcel is unsuccessfully delivered after a number of attempts it may be left at a local depot for collection. If not collected there will be an attempt for the parcel to be returned to us. If we receive your parcel your order will be refunded less any actual shipping costs, a processing fee of 15 euros, and an email sent to notify you. You will need to place a new order online.
