Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in Yoga Journaling.
Yoga Journaling is a small, independent business, and each order is prepared with great care. Returns involve significant effort and resources, so I invite you to take a moment to read the product descriptions and this return policy carefully before purchasing.

Refund Period: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: The products need to be returned to Switzerland, Europe. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If a package is returned due to your negligence or a wrongful provided address and you decide to request a refund, you will bear the full costs of shipping, return shipping, taxes and the return process.
Customized Products: Please note that customized or personalized products are exempt from being refunded. This includes any products that have been altered or made specifically to your specifications.
Ebooks: Ebooks and digital downloads are exempt from being refunded.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact me (karin@yoga-journaling.com) with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the amount of the order minus the actual shipping and fulfillment costs. Free gifts must also be returned, as they are only valid with the purchase. If they are not returned, their value will be deducted from the refund amount. Digital gifts cannot be refunded and may be deducted from the refund amount.
